As part of the package, a detailed paint schedule will be provided to document the colour scheme selections, along with recommendations on the type of paint. This PDF document will be emailed to you following our meeting at your home, during which we will assess your house's orientation, its natural light exposure, and address all your questions.

Whether you are embarking on a home decorating or improvement project or simply seeking professional advice, this service is for you. We will address your questions, whether they pertain to choosing a colour scheme, optimizing the placement of lighting fixtures, arranging furniture, choosing finishes, or any other aspects that may be causing uncertainty in your mind. Feel confident in your decisions. You will receive an email summary outlining the recommendations made during the consultation.

Room Decoration & Furniture Package

A comprehensive design solution for a single room within your home. Following our initial consultation, we will procure all the necessary items to bring your desired space to life. You will receive a concept board (Mood Board) first, followed by a Sample Board that includes a clickable shopping list for your review. Once you approve the products in the Sample Board, they will be purchased and delivered directly to your door. We will then schedule another visit to offer guidance on the finishing touches after the installation is complete. Rest assured, you'll love your newly
decorated and well-organized space. Two revisions are included. While we aim to deliver the Sample Board within two weeks, additional revisions, if required, may extend this timeline to ensure it meets your expectations.

Home Staging Package for Property Sales
Elevate your property's appeal with our Home Staging Service, a comprehensive solution that includes a 2-hour home visit and step-by-step directions. Your space will be transformed to captivate buyers from the moment they step inside. With our guidance, you will learn how to attract buyers by focusing on decluttering, furniture arrangement, decor, and lighting that will help you achieve a quicker, more profitable sale. A detailed written report is provided immediately using my proprietary on-site checklist system, allowing you to begin preparing right away. Additionally,
we will schedule another visit on your photography date, during which I will bring a curated selection of my décor to enhance the
space and make final touches to the overall look and styling.

Short-Term Rental Design Package (Airbnb)
Create a welcoming and stylish space for your short-term renters. Our package includes carefully curated furnishings, tasteful decor, and functional layouts to ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We prioritize attention to detail, providing furniture selection, decorative accents, colour schemes, space optimization, practical storage solutions, and quality linens.
As with the Room Decoration & Furniture Package, this will include a 2-hour initial visit, a concept board (Mood Board) first, followed by a Sample Board that includes a clickable shopping list

We will then schedule another visit to provide guidance on the finishing look. Our goal is to deliver a Sample Board to you within a two-week timeframe. Should you require a revision, two rounds are included in the package, although the revision process may extend beyond the initial two-week period.
